If I could go back in time I would have spun this in a loose worsted single. It will be crazy if I decide to ply it.

Went to IKEA today, cleaned for about 3 hours after getting home, and felt super accomplished until I realized I most likely have a cavity and need to go to the dentist. Which I’ve been meaning to do anyway but still.
So here’s some yarn I finished the other day, which I now realize looks totally phallic in this picture.
I need a lighter spindle.
I want to spin pretty light weight yarns but my spindle is too heavy. I’m debating between trying to make my own spindle with a dowel and ordering one from etsy.
Has anyone made a spindle before?
